Home Grown Highways is an educational entertaining historical documentation of the everyday lives of the regular Joe and Josephine.
Stop by and sit a spell...listen to some music, and learn a bit about our communities and our friends through their reminiscent imagery of story-telling across the highways of America.

"All politics are local."
And so it goes....if you want to know what's going on in big government, just take a look at your local entities, and then multiply it. Not all of us can go to Washington to keep a Watch-ful eye on things, but every one of us *can* take an interest in our local government. We can affect our communities in a positive way, but we first need to know what's going on. Get involved. Become active. Be On Watch! |
If music is your life, and a banjo is your baby, then check this out. It's certainly not an 'end all' place for information or anything technical, but it sure if fun!
Banjo All the Way will give you some great photos, some video interviews, and an interesting perspective from the wife of a banjoist, and brief glimpse into his world. |
Kurt Abell and his Rhythm Knickers
and The Twisted Piston Rhythm Riders are just two of the jazz bands Kurt plays with, although, these two, are the ones for whom he's the leader. His Facebook page isn't really tended to as much as it should be, but if you'd like to get in touch with through the old-fashioned way, give him a call, email him, or just stop on by!
